About the Events Committee

The Special Events Committee of the Bayard Taylor Memorial Library was organized in 1990 to provide funds for library projects. The very popular Home & Garden Tour is held every Spring and in 2009 will be celebrating its 12th anniversary. At the present time the committee is focusing on the needs of the children’s library, and recent contributions have been books, computers, rugs and seating for storytimes in the children’s section of the library.
